  • WSET Diploma follows a structured but flexible progression designed to build your knowledge step by step.

    You’ll begin with D1: Wine Production, establishing the foundation for understanding how wines are made. From there, you’ll move into D2: Wine Business, which provides essential context on the global wine market. Once you’ve completed D1 and D2, you’re free to progress through the remaining units: D3: Wines of the World, D4: Sparkling Wines, D5: Fortified Wines, and D6: Independent Research on a timeline that fits your schedule.

    Most students complete the program over 18 to 30 months, depending on how they pace their studies alongside work and other commitments.
