SEATTLE

Since 2008, our Seattle classes have brought together curious enthusiasts and working hospitality professionals, creating a vibrant, engaged learning community. In Seattle, we offer courses across all categories of study—wine, beer, sake, and spirits—supporting both foundational learning and professional development for those building careers in the drinks industry.

Woodinville

Our Woodinville courses support a growing wine country community of both professionals and passionate wine lovers. The focus is on WSET Wine Certification, Tasting Room Training (TRT), and a range of specialty wine tasting courses designed to deepen knowledge and sharpen real-world skills.

tacoma

Our Tacoma courses serve the growing wine and beer industry in Tacoma as well as the passionate and wine and beer enthusiasts who live here. Led by our passionate Puget Sound-based educators, these classes are also lively and engaging.

walla walla

In Walla Walla our courses support both aspiring and established wine professionals. Since 2012, we’ve offered training across Eastern Washington, delivering WSET Wine Certification alongside Tasting Room Training (TRT). These programs combine rigorous wine education with practical, real-world skills shaped by a deeply rooted and highly respected wine community.

YAKIMA VALLEY

In the Yakima Valley our courses support students building careers across a dynamic and growing wine community. The focus is on both WSET Wine Certification and Tasting Room Training (TRT), with classes in Prosser, Yakima, and Grandview.

  • Yes—private training is absolutely available, and it’s often one of the most effective ways for teams to learn together. These sessions are tailored to your goals, whether that’s strengthening service standards, building product knowledge, or preparing for WSET certification.

    Most private courses have a 10 student minimum.
