Your registration is all-inclusive including: course materials, exam, and certificate.
If you join us in-person, all tastings are included in your tuition as well. Tasting is recommended for our online students as well and a list of recommended samples will be provided in class for you to purchase.

Students can begin the studies at either Level 1 or Level 2.
The Level 1 Award in Spirits is perfect for beginners, introducing the major spirit categories, how spirits are made, and the basics of tasting and service.
The Level 2 Award in Spirits dives deeper into production methods, styles, cocktails, and tasting technique while building a stronger understanding of spirits from around the world.
