  • The TRT Foundations Course is a comprehensive tasting room training and certification program designed to level up skills and knowledge. Learning in this course is organized across 4 inter-related pillars, including:

    - hospitality
    - service
    - sales
    - storytelling

  • The TRT Course is an interactive, workshop-based course where you will not just learn – but instead practice – the skillset needed to be a successful member of the winery tasting room. Prepare for an engaging day of learning!

  • This course is designed for tasting room associates and future winery team members seeking structured education, elevated hospitality skills, and the confidence to create lasting guest relationships.  

  • At the end of the course, students will take a 30-question multiple-choice certification exam. Successful students will be TRT Certified and awarded the TRT Certificate.
