Portland

Portland is our very first classroom location and remains our “home base.” Here we offer every drink category for every level, from enthusiasts just starting their journey to advanced level students studying WSET Diploma. There’s always a class for you in Portland!

willamette Valley

Our Willamette Valley wine courses support students working in the tasting rooms and cellars of one of the world’s most dynamic wine regions. Since 2008, we’ve offered hands-on training across Newberg, McMinnville, Dundee, and beyond—bringing learning directly into wineries and classrooms throughout the valley.

southern oregon

Our Southern Oregon wine courses support students working across the Umpqua Valley and Rogue Valley AVAs, offering both in-depth wine knowledge through WSET certification courses and practical, hands-on training through Tasting Room Training (TRT).

Columbia Gorge

In the Columbia Gorge, our wine courses support students working in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most distinctive wine regions. With WSET certification pathways and Tasting Room Training (TRT), the focus is on building strong wine knowledge alongside practical, real-world tasting room skills.

  • Yes, we love to offer our courses as private trainings or events. A private course can be tailored to specifically meet your needs and also offers opportunities for team bonding and connection.

    Most courses have a 10 student minimum.
